2025 Summer Programs

2025 Summer Program Applications Have Closed

Our Summer Programs focus on Job & Life Skills that include Social and Emotional Tools for Neurodivergent Youth (ages 11-25). This year we are doing the program with a new format; you are able to choose the sessions you want and how often they attend. Read the explanation of each session below. Cost is $100 per session. 2 session minimum required. We have scholarships that provide the 3rd session free for each week. Payment Due May 2nd.

Session 1 Tuesday June 3rd

10am-3pm

Interest Exploration, Building Motivation and Trying New Things


No Pre-Requisite. Open to ages 15-25


Best suited for: First time attendees and Those that struggle with getting started

on tasks, have anxiety with new concepts.


Cost is $100   

Snack and drinks provided-Bring own lunch

Session 2 Wed. June 4th

10am-3pm

Entry Level Jobs & Basic Life Skills. Exposure to jobs in Grocery Store, Restaurant and Office settings.


Session #1 or Previous Program 

Attendance  open to ages 15-25


First time attendees and those

needing practice with entry level

job skills.


Cost is $100   

Snack and drinks provided-Bring own lunch

Session 3 Thurs. June 5th

10am-3pm

Mental Wellness and Self Regulation to increase awareness to emotions and how to improve reactions.


No Pre-requisites open to ages 11-25

*Middle School and High School/Young adult sessions will be held in separate areas.


Best suited for youth with challenges of  quick to anger and explosive reactions.

Depression, anxiety and lack of

motivation.


Cost is $100   

Snack and drinks provided-Bring own lunch

Session 4 Tues. June 10th

10am-3pm

Money and Why it Matters

Banking, paychecks and budgeting

Community Outing (walking)


Must be able to do simple math,

write independently and operate

a calculator  (ages 15-25)


Best suited for: Individuals that intend to use a bank account and will achieve

employment in the near future


Cost is $100   

Snack and drinks provided-Bring own lunch

Session 5 Wed. June 11th

10am-3pm

Increasing Skills for employment

Cashiering & Interviewing  Community Outing (walking)


Session #2 Or Previous Program Attendance (ages 15-25)


Best Suited for: Youth with the ability to follow directions with some prompting.    No behavior or safety concerns.


Cost is $100   

Snack and drinks provided-Bring own lunch

Session 6 Wed. June 12th

10am-3pm

Physical Wellness to improve

how we feel and function with

sleep, nutrition and movement


No Pre-requisites open to ages 11-25

*Middle School and High School/Young adult sessions will be held in separate areas.


Individuals that struggle with

sleep regulation, healthy

nutrition and motivation to self

improve


Cost is $100   

Snack and drinks provided-Bring own lunch

Session 7 Tues June 17th

10am-3pm

Advanced Skills for Employment Going on Job sites in community (walking distance)


Previous Program Attendance

with advanced skills for job sites

OR Attended Sessions 1,2 or 5

(ages 17-25)


Best suited for: Youth with the ability to follow directions with some

prompting. No behavior or

safety concerns.


Cost is $100

Session 8 Wed June 18th

10am-3pm

Advanced Skills for Employment Going on Job sites in community (walking distance)

Social Wellness how to have

healthy relationships with friends, family and online interactions.


No Pre-requisites open to ages 11-25

Developing safe and healthy

relationships with peers in person and on social media and use of technology


Cost is $100   

Snack and drinks provided-Bring own lunch

Session 10 Tues. June 24th

10am-3pm

How to Care for Myself Hygiene and Home

Independence


No Pre-requisites open to ages 15-25

Session open to participants that need more intensive support and prompting


Individuals needing to develop

basic skills for self-care. Need

hand over hand instruction. Must

be ambulatory and verbal.


Cost is $100   

Snack and drinks provided-Bring own lunch

Session 11 Wed. June 25th

10am-3pm

Community Life and Citizenship

We will go into the community (walking

distance)Learning safety and awareness


No Pre-requisites open to ages 15-25

Session open to participants that need more intensive support and prompting

basic skills for self-care. Need

be ambulatory and verbal.

Session 12 Thurs June 26th

10am-3pm

Faith and Spirituality Christian

based teaching on core values, staying on the right path, finding hope in hard circumstances


No Pre-requisites open to ages 11-25

*Middle School and High School/Young adult sessions will be held in separate areas.


Developing understanding of faith and how it helps us make better choices and dealing with challenges in life.


Cost is $100   

Snack and drinks provided-Bring own lunch
