We have a new Summer Book Club for ages 11-23 that will offer great strategies for
Anxiety in young people!
AND ITS FREE!
Participants will meet virtually each week throughout June and July on the Discord
App to discuss the book and practice strategies.
How does it work?

• We will have small groups based on grade and neurodevelopmental age.
• Discussions will be led by Gwen Bartley with special guests all summer.

Middle School (ages 11-14) meets at 10am for 30 minutes
High School (ages 15-23) meets at 11am for 30 minutes
If your child has a disability, choose an age group that best represents their neurodevelopment.
*ages & grade level will not be disclosed or discussed in our meetings.
Discord allows for anonymity and cameras being on-is an optionand not required.
Participants will gain needed OCS Hours(48) and meaningful exposure to work and social skills. Our program will be counted as "paid work hours" for OCS Students and can also be used on Resumes as Job Skills Training.
This 3 Week Program will meet 3 days a week during the summer and we will have several sessions in morning and afternoon. It is located at The Collective/One Life Church (Amazing Grace Advocacy Office).
We will meet IN PERSON as a small group of 12 Teens. We have 4 College Interns and 4 Amazing Grace Staff Members running the program.
What we will be doing:
Morning is for 1st time attendees:
9:00 AM to 12:00 PM
Afternoon is for returning participants: 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM

The Four Factors of Wellness is a great program for Tweens in Middle School Ages 11-14.
We will have a 3 day indoor program in July that will teach self-awareness and strategies to keep tweens well during challenging years.
The Four Factors of Wellness are:
• Mental Health Awareness
• Physical Health Practices
• Social Engagement
Tweens will be practicing these factors through: Art, Cooking, Games, Yoga, Music, Discussions,
Exercise and more!
Requirements for Program:
• Age 11-14
• Basic reading, writing and math skills
• Must have verbal skills
• Can follow directions
Dates: July 11,12,13
AM Session 9:00-12:00
PM Session 1:00-4:00
Cost is $160-due by June 1st
